As a Youth Justice Coordinator for the Ministry of Social Development, I have known Jeremy Sutton for a period of eight years during his time working as a Youth Advocate layer in the Youth Court and a counsel for child in the Family Court. The cases Jeremy and I were involved with were pretty challenging and quite complex. I can attest that despite the challenging nature of these cases, Jeremy has always manifested a cool, calm approach and gets the job done.

Jeremy and his staff were extremely helpful in communicating family court process and timeframes to achieve as harmonious as possible outcome. Some key benefits in dealing with Jeremy and his excellent associates were the prior planning of court proceedings and the preparation of the information required. Communication was excellent and Jeremy’s no nonsense and practical court performance was of the highest calibre.

Jeremy was my second opinion and was recommended by a friend. I found Jeremy and his team’s straight talking , no nonsense approach was just the ticket in helping me make informed decisions at what was a very difficult time. I would like to thank Jeremy Sutton Law for their hard work and would highly recommend their service to anyone seeking legal advice around separation.

Very thorough, ethical, caring and professional lawyers and law firm.

It gave me confidence knowing I had support from Katie and Jeremy who have extensive experience in dealing with family court matters.

Was able to get an appointment quickly and the ball was never dropped, always updated along the way by email or calls.

We achieved an outcome I was very happy with.

Jeremy is pragmatic. He knows the law inside and out but his approach is to maximise the position for his client at the least possible expense. He quickly gets to the nub of any issues and his advice from day one was simple to understand, and as it turned out, 100% accurate. I’m quite sure I avoided a lengthy court battle by following his advice and counsel. It can be a stressful time and that’s made worse when the matter drags out. Jeremy sorted it quickly and efficiently with a binding agreement. An excellent result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeremy to anyone going through a relationship property issue.
