We are looking for a positive, well-organised law clerk to join our busy Shortland Street practice. You will be reporting directly to Jeremy and getting to know the practice inside out, while gaining valuable legal experience.
Your role will be primarily admin based with some legal tasks. You will be managing files, scheduling meetings and writing letters, memorandums and submissions.
The ability to use word and excel are essential.
Ideally, you will be IT savvy and can assist with making changes to our website, create an extension of our “Dropbox” for clients, and could implement the process of sending out a monthly email newsletter. If you are also doing IT studies or have IT experience, that would be a great fit for our practice.
The role is for 16 hours per week but available as a job-share to be split between two students with each student doing one full day per week. We are flexible to work around exams.
